Lawyer and Notary Public with over forty years of experience in the professional practice.
Studied business administration at the University of Costa Rica and obtained her Law degree from the Universidad Latina of Costa Rica. She is accredited as mediator in labor conflicts by the Costa Rican Bar Association. She is obtaining a Master’s degree in the field of Business and Fiscal Law of the International Cooperation University (Universidad para la Cooperación Internacional - UCI).
Extensive career in corporate counseling, provides labor law advice for private corporations, review of legal and commercial contracts, and the management of foreign investment projects in Costa Rica. She has directed the legal counseling of multiple real estate developments and investment projects in Costa Rica. Due to her experience in commercial law and corporate compliance, she is the go-to person to request legal advice on corporations, legal contracts and labor law.
Active member of the Costa Rican Bar Association. Serves as Notary Public for one of the most relevant public banks of the country; and currently is directing the legal advice on labor law for renowned companies, in addition to foreign investment projects and their compliance with local regulations.
