When we arrived in Costa Rica over three years ago, after several prospecting trips, we got David's contact details and he agreed to meet us… in a restaurant. I have checked several times that he was indeed the one recommended to me, because in France, when you ask for a lawyer service, yo should pay before 500 euros to arrange an appointment.

We had a notebook in which we had written more than fifty questions to ask him. He responded to everyone with patience and for those he did not have the answer to, he vowed to call us back very quickly and he kept his promise.

Then we went to see him in his office where a bank adviser, an accountant, an insurer, and an architect were waiting for us, and even a car that a French couple were selling. It is very encouraging to feel his support. We always work with the people he has advised us.

His French, learned during his studies in Paris, allows us to evacuate any matter without doubts: application for residence, creation of a company, purchase of a vehicle and land, construction contract, contract for the sale of goods, visa extension, will, tax returns, insurance, and so on ...

Always attentive, friendly, and available, he is surrounded by a competent team, which makes it possible to find solutions to the multiple obstacles that we may encounter. And in addition ... its prices are very affordable, which is still an asset in a life project.

For more than three years, he has become an effective and indispensable partner in this magnificent adventure that we are living in Costa Rica.

He also travels in Guanacaste and even in the south of the country, since we are in Ojochal, a small French-speaking community.
